1) Find the Source. Your Toilet can look clean but it doesn't mean that it can't smell bad.
Smell your toilet (I know it sounds weird) and find where it smells the strongest and the worst.

2) Flush your Toilet just for making sure it doesn't smell from there.

3) Have a spraying thing. I'm not sure what it's exactly called but yeah, call it whatever you want. If you can,Get the automatic one where it shoots out good stuff every 30 minutes.
